PAJAMA PARTY EVENTS –
$20 for Non-members/$10 for Members

(Parents are always FREE! Pajama Parties are offered on Friday Nights (excluding some holidays) from 6-9pm) and kids ages 3-12 years old play sports, ninja, bounce house, Open Play Time, Movie Time etc all while wearing pajamas. Snacks and Pizza Party is included in the event fee.


CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Open Play – This time is designed to prepare kids ages 3-12 years old for multiple sports and conditioning Kids will learn the basics skills needed to play sports such as soccer, basketball, gymnastics/tumbling, Parkour, ninja obstacle and recreational play as they have fun in a social environment.

Tumbling – This fun tumbling/activity class is designed for kids ages 3-12 years old. Students will learn the basics of gymnastics & tumbling,
functional movements, obstacle course & agility play as they develop motor skills in a toddler safe play area.

Ninja Obstacle – This class is designed for kids ages 3-12 years old and teaches the basics of ninja agility such as tumbling, climbing, stunts and martial arts tricks.

KidSportzUSA Sports – KidSportzUSA classes are designed to help students develop basic skill in many different sports such as soccer, basketball, hockey, baseball/softball etc.

Parkour – This class teaches the basics of agility and obstacle training to develop the skills and fitness needed for parkour. Kids ages 5-12 years old will learn to move rapidly through an obstacle area by running, jumping and climbing in a safe environment.

Martial Arts Class Information:

Traditional Martial Arts:

American Kenpo Karate is a system of personal development utilizing a combination of different styles of martial arts including Karate, Kickboxing, Kung-Fu, Judo and Tai Chi. Students will learn self control, self discipline, gain emotional maturity, build confidence and self esteem along with the connection between their mind and body. This system teaches both hard and soft styles of martial arts including stances, punches, kicks, blocks, self-defense, forms (katas), sparring and conditioning. Each student must attend an intro lesson before attending regular classes. Students will need a uniform + belt for rank along with additional gear (gloves, pads etc) for training. (All ages)

Tai Chi (Yang Style):

(“Supreme Ultimate Fist”) is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. It is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: its hard and soft martial art technique, demonstration competitions, and longevity. As a consequence, a multitude of training forms exist, both traditional and modern, which correspond to those aims. Some of tai chi chuan’s training forms are especially known for being practiced at what most people categorize as slow movement. (Adults 16+)
