“CROSS MED-X” was developed by fitness professional Scott Rempfer who brings 20 years of fitness and martial arts experience together with this awesome result oriented program.
“CROSS MED-X” is a med to high intensity cross-training/personal training program designed to increase your overall performance as you build lean-muscle and burn fat fast through varied functional core strength training workouts. You will learn corrective exercise techniques to help you build a stronger core as you develop joint flexibility, stability & strength along with improving your posture and build total body conditioning.

Cross Med-x Small Group Training:
Group Training is for the person who wants group dynamics with personal training and wants to share the cost with others. Your 30 minute sessions will teach you proper exercise techniques including varied cardiovascular workouts, functional CORE strength training, flexibility, CORE stability, etc. This training program is designed for all fitness levels and teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced versions for all exercises. Group Training is 2-10 people per training sessions.

1) $199 Month ($25 session) 8/30 minute sessions per/month (2 x per week)
2) $299 Month ($25 session) 12/30 minute sessions per/month (3 x per week)
3) $399 Month ($25 session) 16/30 minute sessions per/month (4 x per week)
4) $599 Month ($25 session) 24/30 minute sessions per/month (6 x per week
